You'll explore your range of motion in this Mat class. We'll be focusing on your hip mobility by first warming up your glutes and hamstrings then progressing into standing all while using your breath. You can expect deep stretching with clear guidance and creative movement at a stimulating pace to challenge you in a whole new way.
