Summit Goals:

1. Showcase Impact: Highlight the transformative work done by the Africa DeFi Alliance, including the 15,000 loans facilitated, and future goals.

2. Kick-off Membership Sales: Attract new members by clearly articulating our purpose and the value of joining the Alliance.

3. CoCreate Founding Proposals: Consolidate existing partnerships and attract new ones to further our mission.

Africa Defi Alliance - 3rd Annual Meeting

1. Opening Keynote (20 minutes):

• Title: "The Africa DeFi Alliance: Transforming Finance for African businesses

• Speaker: jasoneisen.eth

• Focus: Discuss our founding mission, accomplishments, and the $100B vision. Set the stage by answering the founding question: "What would it look like if every African MSME had 10x cheaper access to capital?"

2. The pan-African RWA legal framework (15 minutes)

• Focus: Provide a brief, clear overview of decentralized finance, emphasizing how it can revolutionize access to capital for African MSMEs.

3. Africa Defi Labs - Technical Architecture (15 minutes):

• Title: "The pan-African RWA legal framework"

• Focus: Provide a brief, clear overview of decentralized finance, emphasizing how it can revolutionize access to capital for African MSMEs.

4. ADA DAO Works (20 minutes):

• Speaker: Zeugh.eth

• Focus: Provide a brief, clear overview of ADA DAO mechanics, governance, and tooling.

4. Membership Drive & Call to Action (20 minutes):

• Title: "Join the Africa DeFi Alliance: Building a Better Financial Future Together"

• Speaker: George and Fady

• Focus: Clearly articulate what the Africa DeFi Alliance is, why it exists, and why we need more people and organizations to join us in our mission.

5. Proposal Co-Creation: Seeding the ADA with founding props (1 hour):

• Activity: Break into three small groups (Tech Infrastructure, Enabling Environment, Education and Access) to co-develop an initial set of proposals for voting on by the DAO.
