Join us for a dynamic 2-hour workshop exploring the intersection of science, imagination, and physiology through the powerful practices of visualization and embodiment.

Visualization has long been used by elite athletes, high performers, and healing practitioners to prepare the mind and body for success. In fact, in 1990, the National Academy of Sciences officially recognized visualization methods as effective for treatment. Research now shows that visualization is not only a powerful cognitive tool, but a skill that can be developed and strengthened through practice.

In this workshop, we’ll dive into the neuroscience behind visualization—how it influences behavior, performance, and perception—and how it can be intentionally paired with embodiment techniques to accelerate transformation. Embodiment is the act of rehearsing not just how we think, but how we feel, move, speak, and respond to life’s experiences.

Participants will be guided through a series of practical exercises that connect mental imagery with kinesthetic, emotional, and psychological states. teaching the body how to “think” and respond with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

You’ll learn:

  • The science behind effective visualization

  • How to strengthen your visualization skill through proven techniques

  • How to embody your future self in thought, speech, and movement

  • Practical tools to align your body and mind with your desired outcomes

This is an experiential workshop. Come ready to learn, imagine and engage.

This workshop is hosted by Graeme Raymond, founder of Expere.co and author of The Discipline of Expere: Introducing the New Framework and Practices for Healing and Personal Transformation.
